A: For Residential or Business Dial Tone service we can install in 48 hours or less from the time we receive your sign-up request. For PBX sales or other customized telecommunication solutions we will respond to your request in 48 hours or less to schedule an on site evaluation. If the resulting proposal is accepted we can typically order and ship parts for installation within two weeks.
